  3. A suitable lender is identified for your individual circumstances by a re-mortgage specialist.
  4. A mortgage offer is made to you.
  5. After your consideration, all the relevant paperwork is assembled and sent to the lender.
  6. The case would normally be completed in 3-4 weeks.
  7. Your circumstances have just changed and the worries that you had, have just gone away!
